Saying Goodbye ~ For Now...

With tears streaming down our faces, snow on the ground, 13 degree weather, a police escort, family, friends, and two state representatives in attendance, we laid Mama to rest in Hadley MA.

I know you are no longer in pain Mama, you are breathing easy, you are smiling, you are perfect, you are healthy, you are walking the streets of gold.

Holding you close in my heart Mama, until we are reunited again in Heaven.

I love you forever, I love you for always...

Jesus Birth, a Mama's Death

As we prepare to celebrate our Saviour's birth, we are preparing to say good bye to my mama~in~love. Words escape me. Your prayers are appreciated for her kids, grandkids, friends and so many who love her. As all 3 of her kids and all her grandkids gathered in her hospital room last night, her deepest wish had finally be granted. That her family would all be together. With her kids scattered all across the country, this is the first time that has happened. This is the first time some of the cousins have met in person.

I know mama's heart is happpy, she's gotten her Christmas wish.

We are getting close to the end and I am praying Jesus will come to take her home before her kids have to give the go ahead to turn the machines off.

Blessings,

GOT LOVE? - THE APISA FAMILY - FREE GIVE AWAY!!!

GOT LOVE?
ADOPT.

Precise. Short. Sweet. To The Point.  Speaks Volumes.

This is the Apisa family's slogan.

GOT LOVE?
ADOPT.

THE APISA FAMILY

"After our daughter's adoption in 2007, we were pretty sure that we wanted to adopt again.  While in China, we were truly changed.  Our hearts were broken by our daughter's story and our eyes opened to the desperate needs of millions of orphans.  We prayed about beginning another adoption journey and began paperwork in March of this year.  We are now waiting to be matched with our son or daughter from South Korea.

Due to our adoption expenses, we needed to do some fundraising.  We came up with a fun, simple and bold adoption statement.  "got love?''  adopt.  147 million orphans

We were so excited to see our theme on t-shirts, travel mugs and totes.   My favorite item has been our car decals that we started selling last week.  Please visit our blog at
www.minus1project.blogspot.com to read more of our family's adoption journey."
